16/7 - The Sacred Space to Listen
June 2026 carries the Universal Month energy of 16/7.
The calculation is:
2026 = 10/1 Universal Year
June = 6
10 + 6 = 16/7
After the pressure of May’s 15/6, where truth may have been spoken and matters came to a head, June gives us the opportunity to step back and listen.
The storm has revealed something.
Now we are being asked to review what it showed us.
The 7 energy is always searching for truth, meaning, wisdom and deeper understanding. It asks us to look beneath the surface and question what we believe, what we trust, and where we place our faith.
In life, we are constantly making choices. Often, the choice is not just about what we do next, but which path we give our energy to. Which thought do we feed? Which belief do we follow? Which voice do we trust?
There is an old story about two wolves inside us. One represents fear, anger, resentment and darkness. The other represents love, courage, faith and wisdom. The one that grows stronger is the one we feed.
June carries a similar message.
What we connect to, give attention to, and place our faith in is often what we encounter more of in life.
The universe is asking us to choose carefully.
This month gives us the opportunity to create space in our relationships, our work, our thoughts and our lives. But to find that space, we may need to disconnect from the noise.
Not to isolate.
Not to withdraw completely.
Not to disappear from life.
But to create enough stillness to hear what is true.
The shadow of the 16/7 can bring over analysis, criticism, mistrust, emotional distance and a sense of separation. It can also highlight issues around privacy, intrusion, judgement and people becoming too involved in matters that are not theirs to manage.
We may also notice a wider emotional divide. Some people may become more spiritual and discerning, while others may become more fearful, reactive or even delusional. This is why June asks us to choose our connections wisely.
Who supports your peace?
Who respects your space?
Who helps you return to yourself?
Who drains your clarity?
Information is available at an all time high, and many people are feeling overloaded by it. The mind can only process so much before wisdom gets buried beneath noise.
June reminds us that more information is not always the answer.
Sometimes the answer comes when we stop searching, stop pushing and allow space for truth to rise.
This is a month for privacy, reflection, research, silence, stillness and spiritual recalibration.
A time to step back.
A time to listen.
A time to disconnect from distraction.
A time to reconnect with your own inner knowing.
The 16/7 does not ask us to run from life.
It asks us to pause long enough to understand it.
